At Aniguz, every product is printed on demand just for you. Because of this custom process, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once an item is printed.
However, if you receive a damaged or misprinted item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to find a fair solution—such as a replacement or fixing the mistake—if the product is found to be defective.
